How much does professional makeup cost?

Premium makeup (day, evening or photoshoot) costs € 95, bridal makeup including trial session costs € 300, and a makeup lesson costs € 190. A travel fee of € 50 applies for on-location bookings outside the studio.

How do I book an appointment?

Simply use the online booking form on this website or contact me directly via WhatsApp. I usually reply within 24 hours. Appointments are also available in the evenings, on Saturdays and Sundays.

Does Natasha travel to my home or another location?

Yes! I travel to your home, bridal suite, photo studio, or any location throughout Austria. For locations easily reachable by public transport, a travel fee of € 50 applies.

What is included in the bridal makeup package?

The bridal makeup package includes a personal consultation, a full trial session, and the makeup on your wedding day. False lashes and professional skin preparation are all included.

How long does the makeup last?

Professional makeup typically lasts 10–14 hours, depending on skin type and activity level. I use exclusively long-wearing premium products and apply setting techniques to maximize longevity for special occasions.

Which products do you use?

I work exclusively with professional luxury cosmetic brands such as MAC, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, and Estée Lauder. All brushes and tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every client.

How should I prepare for my makeup appointment?

Come with clean, moisturized skin and no existing makeup. Well-hydrated skin is the best base for a flawless result. Feel free to bring photos of your desired look so I can tailor the style to your vision.

Which areas do you serve?

My studio is located in Bruck an der Leitha (Lower Austria), just 30 minutes from Vienna. I work throughout Austria, with a focus on Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland.

If you send an enquiry via the contact or booking form, your details are transmitted by email to makeupmelzer@gmail.com.

The submitted data is not passed on to third parties and is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and process any resulting booking. Once the matter is concluded, the data is deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

4. WhatsApp Contact

This website provides a link for direct contact via WhatsApp (wa.me/436765418219). By clicking this link, you leave our website and open the WhatsApp application operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

The WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy applies to the use of WhatsApp. We have no influence on data processing by Meta.

Messages you send us via WhatsApp are used solely to respond to your enquiry and are not passed on to third parties.

6. Web Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted on a web server. For technical reasons, the following data is stored in server log files whenever our website is accessed:

8. Fonts & External Resources

All fonts used on this website (Playfair Display, Inter) are hosted locally on our server. No fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts CDN or any other external service. Accordingly, no requests are sent to Google servers when our website loads.

No external CSS or JavaScript libraries (Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.) are loaded from external CDNs. All code is hosted on our own server.
